I've
had a lifelong interest in making (and eating) cakes however it
was when I became engaged in 2000 that I decided I would delve into
the art of wedding cake creation.
My early
attempts made it clear that I would need some formal training so
I embarked upon a cake decorating course. I enjoyed this so much
that I continued the training for 12 months and insisted that I
make all my recently engaged friends' wedding cakes. Demand started
to grow for my work, and CakeWoman the business was born!
After
5 successful years as CakeWoman in Sydney we've recently moved to
Hobart (where I grew up) so our young family can enjoy the benefits
of the great lifestyle.
